Based across two campuses, the school caters to children from KS1 KS4. This nurturing, restorative school aims to provide a nurturing environment where students feel known, accepted and loved. They are currently looking for staff to support on their Secondary campus, based in Weston-super-Mare.The school is seeking a proactive team player to take on this long-term role, with the potential for this to become a permanent position for the right SEMH Learning Support Assistant / LSA. The successful Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position will involve working with students between Key Stage 1 Key Stage 4 years with diagnosis of SEMH / Social Emotional and Mental Health needs.
