Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of Finance Managers, act as a key business partner to operational stakeholders, and help drive financial performance across a multi-site operation. The Role As Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic decision-making, improving financial performance, strengthening governance frameworks, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
