Multi-Skilled Days Shift Engineer Location: London Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Salary: 44,000 - 46,000 per annum + Private Healthcare + Flexible Benefits We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality building services at a prestigious and iconic site in London. This hands-on, client-facing role involves maintaining both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable operation through a combination of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering excellent service standards while contributing to the overall performance of the building. Key Responsibilities: Deliver PPM across electrical and mechanical building services plant and systems in line with agreed schedules and statutory requirements. Act as a Low Voltage Authorised Person (LVAP), maintaining electrical distribution and lighting systems. Undertake mechanical and electrical fault finding, repairs, and minor installations as required. Ensure all maintenance work is completed to the highest standards and within SLA timeframes. Supervise subcontractors and ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety procedures. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance certification.
