Executive Assistant to MD £40,000 Twickenham - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home We re working with a well established and friendly corporate business in Twickenham who are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director and wider team. This is a varied role combining high quality EA support with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The role: Providing EA support to the Managing Director, including diary and meeting coordination Supporting additional senior stakeholders as needed Acting as a key point of contact within the office Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly Liaising with suppliers and supporting facilities management Creating a professional and welcoming office environment About you: Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or PA role as well as office management Comfortable supporting senior stakeholders (MD/Director level) Happy to take ownership of office coordination and day-to-day operations Highly organised, proactive and personable Enjoys being office based and part of a collaborative team This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to be both a trusted EA and an integral part of a busy office environment.
