This is a high-profile opportunity to shape the future of digital public services, driving innovation, accessibility, service transformation and inclusive design at a national scale. The Opportunity This role sits at the heart of digital transformation, leading the evolution of digital standards, accessibility frameworks and service design best practices across a complex public sector environment. You will work with senior stakeholders across multiple organisations to drive end-to-end service improvements, champion inclusive and accessible digital services, and help create more joined-up, user-centred experiences for citizens. The successful candidate will influence strategic direction, incubate innovative ideas, pilot new approaches and establish frameworks that improve the quality, accessibility and effectiveness of digital services.
