We are currently partnering with a leading social housing provider based in Bristol, who are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team on a temporary basis.This is a hybrid position with office presence required twice per week. Thehourly rate on offer is c.£17.80 Umbrella with room for flexibility dependant on experience. Due to start as soon as possible, this role is due to run until the 31st August with the possibility of extension.Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing the Purchase Ledger process from invoice authorisation through to supplier paymentProducing payment runs and processing BACS paymentsCreating new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account detailsManaging the end to end processing of direct debit invoices and credit card expenditureReconciling supplier statements and journalling petty cash transactionsResponding to internal and external queriesExperience required:Experience required in all areas of accounts payableExperience working within a housing association is desirableSkills, knowledge and expertise required:AAT qualification is desirableIntermediate Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)Rewards and Benefits:Hybrid workingWorking hours:35 hours per week Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all ..... full job details .....
