This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire learners as they work towards their Electrical qualification. In this role, you will: Administer assessments to both apprentices and full-time learnersMaintain assessment area and test boardsProvide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners achieve their goalsLiaise effectively with awarding organisations to ensure a supportive learning environmentAddress any issues or concerns that may arise during assessmentsPlay a key role in helping students stay on track and succeed in their qualificationsVisit students in their placement settings to assess their progress against awarding body standards (if required) Some evening work may be required to meet the needs of learners and assessment schedules.
