The North American treaty team works directly with the North American offices in New York, Toronto, North Carolina, Florida and Mid-West. The team is one of the fastest growing within the Company, with this trend to continue for 2026 and beyond. Acrisure Re London has -70 people within it.Responsibilities

Place XOL, QS and Aggregate structures from start to finish.Work closely and maintain working relationships with key US Property and Casualty market contacts.Establish and maintain active relationships with our clients and retail offices.Daily contact with brokers from Acrisure Re overseas offices to ensure needs, issues and requests are resolved satisfactorily.Provide London market expertise to Acrisure Re overseas offices and ensure needs, issues and requests are resolved satisfactorily.Determine appropriate solutions, structure, price and placement strategies that meet the clients'' needs and deliver profitable business for a range of clients.Requirements

Experience in US Property and/or US Casualty ReinsuranceConfidence to engage with senior level.Proven track record of delivering high levels of client serviceStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrong market relationships with US Reinsurance marketsExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyAbout Us
