Director of Quality and Compliance Apprenticeships Remote Senior Leadership A high-growth national apprenticeship and training provider is appointing a Director of Quality and Compliance to lead quality, compliance and funding assurance during a critical phase of expansion.This is a senior leadership role with real influence, reporting directly to the Managing Director and holding responsibility as Nominee for the organisation. The RoleYou will take overall accountability for quality of education, regulatory compliance and audit readiness across a provision of approximately 1,800 apprenticeship learners The organisation has a clear strategy to scale, and this role is central to ensuring growth is achieved safely, compliantly and with strong inspection outcomes.You will act as the senior lead for DfE funding assurance activity, compliance oversight and inspection preparation, while providing strategic leadership to curriculum, data and quality teams.
