You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing practical advice and helping managers navigate people-related matters confidently and consistently.The role would suit an HR Advisor or HR Generalist who is commercially aware, approachable and comfortable working independently while also being part of a wider team.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.Take ownership of a variety of employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance cases.Coach managers on effective people management and provide appropriate guidance throughout the employee lifecycle.Support recruitment activity, including onboarding and ensuring new employees receive a positive introduction to the business.Assist with employee development, performance reviews and ongoing talent initiatives.Provide guidance on company policies, procedures and relevant UK employment legislation.Promote fair, consistent and legally compliant approaches to people management.Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to improving the overall employee experience.Assist with HR ..... full job details .....
