We are seeking a Director of Future Hospice - a strategic, visionary leader who will play a pivotal role in shaping our future direction. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management Team and Board of Trustees, you will lead transformation across the organisation to ensure we remain resilient, forward-looking, and sustainable. This unique role combines operational leadership, digital innovation, and commercial acumen. You will: Lead our digital transformation, embedding technology, AI, and data-driven solutions across clinical services, income generation, and support functions. Establish and chair the Future Hospice Board , driving innovation, horizon scanning, and long-term strategy development. Work in partnership with system leaders across health, social care, academia, and the private sector to shape service models and infrastructure for the future.
