Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Trade Operative to join our team, delivering high-quality responsive repairs and maintenance services within social housing properties. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will use your skills across a range of trades, including basic carpentry and plumbing, while also carrying out plastering, decorating, tiling and general property maintenance. Working with minimal supervision, you will ensure repairs are completed efficiently, safely and to an excellent standard, helping us provide great homes and outstanding service to our residents. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong commitment to customer service, health and safety, and quality workmanship.
