Injection Moulding Setter Responsibilities Carry out mould changes and machine changeovers safely and efficiently. Set and optimise injection moulding machines to achieve quality, cycle time and production targets. Complete first-off inspections and ensure products meet specification. Troubleshoot processing and machine issues to minimise downtime. Prepare machines, tooling and materials for production changeovers. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
