Shape the data warehouse architecture and ensure data is prepared for analytics, reporting, and operational use. Improve existing processes and contribute to a modernised engineering approach. Introduce governance best practices including data quality, observability, lineage, and access control. Mentor a junior engineer and support the uplift of engineering standards. Contribute to potential migration projects and wider transformation initiatives.
