Working with entrepreneurial businesses, owner-managed businesses, partnerships, trusts and high-net-worth individuals, you will become a key member of the tax team, building long-term client relationships and helping clients navigate increasingly complex tax matters. The Opportunity Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing Corporation Tax and Personal Tax compliance. Managing a varied portfolio of corporate and private clients. Providing tax planning and advisory services across a broad client base. Advising on Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax, trusts, residence and domicile matters. Supporting business restructures, shareholder planning and property transactions. Assisting with HMRC enquiries and complex tax matters.
