We''re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team part-time at the Horse and Farrier in Otley!
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Provide customers with great service to ensure they revisit
- Ensure the venue is clean, tables wiped down, glasses collected, bar cleanliness is maintained
- Help customers choose new beers to try
- Check guests into the Inn rooms
Requirements and skills
- 1 year of bar/hospitality-experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is desired
- Excellent customer service skills are a must
- Knowledge of beer is a bonus
Job Type
Part-time, expected 10-20 hours per week
