A high-growth, globally expanding Hampshire SME is looking for an Interim Financial Accountant to join its growing finance team. This is a well-established business with a strong brand and reputation in its market, now scaling internationally, and the finance function is being built out to keep pace with it.Reporting to the Financial Controller and CFO, this is not a gap-fill. It is a defined body of improvement and systems work to be delivered ahead of the year-end audit, with a clear before and after on everything you touch. The assignment is several months in length and carries genuine potential to become permanent for the right person.What will the Financial Accountant role involve?
