Clean Energy Construction Senior Associate or Partner

The Role

Leading on complex and high-value clean energy and construction matters, including:

Advising on major renewable energy and infrastructure projects (solar, wind, biomass, and other clean technologies)

Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, development agreements, and funding arrangements

Handling contentious and non-contentious construction matters

Acting for developers, contractors, investors, and funders in clean energy projects

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Supervising junior lawyers and driving business development initiatives at a senior level

About You

Senior Associate or Partner-level Solicitor with strong construction law expertise

Significant experience in clean energy and infrastructure projects is essential
