Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing and registered social landlord, to appoint an experienced Building Surveyor to the buy Planned Maintenance team on a contract basis. Working closely with asset managers, contractors, and stakeholders, you will be instrumental in ensuring that properties remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose. Key Responsibilities: Undertake condition surveys and produce detailed reports on property assets Develop and manage planned maintenance schedules, ensuring long-term asset integrity Prepare specifications, scopes of work, and cost estimates for maintenance works Oversee the procurement and delivery of maintenance projects, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and health and safety standards Provide technical advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders Contribute to asset management strategies and life-cycle planning ..... full job details .....
