Key Responsibilities:

- Apply powder coatings to metal components with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate and maintain powder coating equipment.
- Ensure high-quality standards and consistency in all finished products.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production deadlines.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary touch-ups.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
