This role will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust financial controls and compliance with statutory requirements. The role supports strategic decision-making through high-quality financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow reports for several statutory entitiesDeliver timely financial analysis and commentary to senior managementMonitor financial performance against budget and highlight variancesOversee cash flow forecasting and management for several statutory entitiesMonitor and improve working capitalEnsure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and company policiesProactive line management of a small finance teamExperienceFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experienceStrong experience in financial management and reportingAdvanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systemsStrong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesExperience managing a finance teamHigh level of integrity and professionalismProactive, organised and commercially ..... full job details .....
