The RoleCarrying out general plumbing maintenance, repairs and fault findingAttending reactive and planned maintenance jobs across multiple sitesRepairing and replacing taps, pipework, toilets, sinks and other sanitary wareDiagnosing and fixing leaks, blockages and pressure issuesBasic installation work where required (e.g. small upgrades or replacements)Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulationsMaintaining accurate job records and reporting completed workLiaising with tenants, clients or site contacts in a professional mannerSupporting general maintenance tasks and minor labouring duties when requiredAssisting other trades on site where necessaryHours and Pay2-3 days per week initially8 hours guaranteed per day 19 per hour (PAYE)Opportunity for additional work depending on workload and flexibilityRequirementsSVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) - essentialFull UK driving licence - essential (travel between sites required)PVG certificate or willingness to undergo a PVG checkExperience in maintenance and reactive plumbing worksGas ..... full job details .....
