Working in a hybrid environment, you will oversee a wide range of operational contracts, ensuring services are delivered effectively, risks are managed, and providers consistently meet contractual obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain robust contract management frameworks across operational service contracts.Monitor contractor performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.Lead governance, compliance, and assurance activities to ensure services meet statutory and organisational standards.Conduct contract audits and reviews to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.Manage relationships with contractors, local authorities, and internal stakeholders.Investigate contractual breaches and performance issues and implement corrective action plans where required.Lead on contract variations, change control processes, and governance documentation.Provide expert advice on contractual compliance, governance, and operational performance.About YouProven experience in a Contract Manager, Commercial Manager, or ..... full job details .....
