Office:London-based studio (Southwark)Hybrid Working and Flexible HoursDuties:Leading the technical design and detailing of large-scale hotel projects

Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders through all RIBA stages

Attending and contributing to regular project and client meetings

Supporting Business Development initiatives and contributing to the practice’s Client Network

Managing Revit models and ensuring technical compliance across all project stages

Requirements:Strong experience in delivering high-end hotel or hospitality projects

Confident and proficient in Revit, with experience leading technical packages

A background in producing and coordinating complex construction details

Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction methods

A proactive approach to Business Development and maintaining a strong Client Network
