We''re recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business that has built an excellent reputation over many decades and forms part of a larger, successful group.

This isn''t an easy warehouse role. It involves regular manual handling and heavy lifting, so you''ll need to be physically fit, motivated and happy working in a hands-on environment. In return, you''ll join a supportive team with an exceptionally low staff turnover, where people stay because they''re valued and enjoy the working environment.

The Role
- Picking, packing and preparing orders
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Manual handling and heavy lifting throughout the day
- Keeping the warehouse organised, clean and safe
- Stock movement and general warehouse duties
- Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and a friendly team of five

- Previous warehouse experience
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who enjoys physical work
- Reliable, punctual and a genuine team player
- Keen to learn and develop within a stable business
