Responsibilities Support teaching and learning across the KS1 curriculum. Deliver small group interventions and provide 1:1 support where needed. Assist with phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy activities. Promote independence, positive behaviour, and engagement in learning. Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider support team. Requirements Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable).
