What You''ll Do:

As the Operations and Warehouse Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for:

• Leading and managing all warehouse staff to ensure seamless dispatching of orders and receipt of stock.
• Overseeing three key areas: Pick, Pack and Dispatch; Goods In; and Stock Control.
• Maintaining accurate stock records, conducting inventory checks, and managing full stock takes.
• Collaborating with a Health and Safety supervisor to uphold safety standards and regulations.
• Managing BSI audits and implementing improvements as necessary.
• Controlling UK carriers for efficient logistics management.
• Producing monthly KPIs for company directors to track operational success.
• Handling the purchase of consumables and ensuring warehouse and forklift maintenance.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in warehousing and staff management.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly OGL Software and Microsoft Excel.
• A flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in an autonomous work environment.
• Confident in engaging with employees at all levels, fostering a positive and productive workplace.
