Day-to-day of the role: Provide commercial leadership and expert cost management across a portfolio of strategically important capital projects. Ensure the effective stewardship of public funds and delivery of value for money throughout the project lifecycle. Lead on commercial and cost management matters, supporting Project Managers, senior leadership, and key stakeholders through all RIBA stages of project development and delivery. Challenge and assure externally prepared cost information, oversee project valuations and financial reporting requirements, and manage commercial and financial risks.
