Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Technical-Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the technical delivery of a number of residential developments.
The successful candidate will manage projects from pre-acquisition and planning through to construction and completion, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
The Role
- Managing the technical delivery of multiple residential developments
- Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants and other design teams
- Reviewing and managing technical drawings, specifications and design information
- Supporting the planning, pre-construction and procurement process
- Ensuring designs are technically compliant, buildable and commercially viable
- Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the construction process
- Working closely with Construction, Commercial and Development teams
- Managing design programmes and ensuring information is issued on time
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality homes in line with company standards
About You
We are looking for a technically strong Technical-Manager with experience within residential development or house building.
You will ideally have:
- Strong technical knowledge of residential construction
- Experience managing consultants and design teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A commercially aware and proactive approach
