TJ Search is currently seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician /Handyman on behalf of a major PLC to work as part of their in-house Facilities Management team. What we want you to do: Undertaking general maintenance and handyperson duties across a variety of settings. Efficient clearance of vegetation and conducting PAT testing as required. Performing small-scale plumbing works, carpentry repairs, and the installation of carpet tiles and stair nosings for example.
