Accounts Assistant - Immediate Start

Accounts Assistant - 6-month contract Salary: 28,000 - 30,000Based in RichmondHybrid - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home A global Hospitality/Construction Group within the health and well being sector based in Richmond is looking to recruit a Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This role supports the AP Manager and general finance team with the current (10+) UK and global entities.This is a 6-month contract initially with the possibility of the position going permanent. Responsibilities:Administration of purchase ledgers for multiple entities (Capture and filing of invoices, loading to Concur for approval, uploading to Xero)Liaising with business users on any issues or problemsCollate information for fortnightly supplier payment runs and checking and maintaining bank detailsAssist with monthly balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with monthly travel reports to support invoicingAssist with the administration of Concur and Xero for employee data, new suppliers and project codesReview expense claims to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.Ensure supplier onboarding processes are correctly followedGeneral financial administration, including scanning and filing of incoming postAssist with implementing new processes and making changes to current ones to ensure the efficient running of accounts payableGeneral financial administration for the teamKey skills and experience: Experience with Xero, SAP Concur or similar helpfulExperienced ..... full job details .....
