This architecturally focused Central London consultancy with 3 offices across the UK, has a requirement for a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join the expanding practice to draught and model their projects whilst overseeing the CAD and BIM output for the office.

You will have extensive structural engineering draughting and modelling skills gained in UK consultancies on building structures engineering projects and should have an interest in good quality architecture and design. You should have extensive Autodesk Revit software skills and be comfortable managing another Structural Technician and external resources.

Current workload is a mixture of high-profile new-build and refurbishment developments with project values up to £30million in commercial, residential, leisure, education and the arts working with signature London Architects. The work is exclusively based in London and you will be working closely with the engineers on the projects.
