What You ll Be Doing: Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and stakeholders on-site Coordinating all maintenance, compliance, and health and safety across the development Managing budgets, service charges, and reporting in collaboration with head office Overseeing on-site staff and third-party contractors to ensure excellent service delivery Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues proactively Supporting resident engagement and ensuring satisfaction with the living environment What We re Looking For: Prior experience in residential block management (site-based experience is a plus) Strong knowledge of building management, health and safety, and service delivery standards A people-first approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organised, confident, and able to manage multiple priorities independently IRPM qualifications are desirable but not ..... full job details .....
