Hours per Week: 37.5.Job PurposeProvide high-level administrative, organisational, and operational support to senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. Manage day-to-day executive support activities, ensure the smooth running of the department, and act on behalf of the executive within agreed areas of responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, meetings, and priorities across multiple time zones.Serve as the primary point of contact for the leadership team, responding to enquiries and coordinating requests.Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas (where applicable), and detailed itineraries.Process travel expenses in accordance with company policy.Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with company procedures.Coordinate meeting logistics, including video conferencing and virtual meeting technology.Handle office administration, including IT and facilities requests.Prepare, format, and distribute presentations, reports, meeting papers, and other business documents.Organise internal events, leadership meetings, town halls, and team activities.Support departmental projects and provide administrative assistance to other team members as required.Exercise sound judgement when acting on behalf of the executive within delegated ..... full job details .....
