We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive primary school team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about helping children achieve their full potential and who can make a positive contribution to teaching and learning across the school. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and school leaders to support high-quality learning experiences for pupils. They will be confident in leading whole-class learning, delivering targeted interventions, and supporting pupils with a range of abilities and needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead whole-class learning activities in the absence of a teacher Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under the direction of teaching staff Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils Deliver targeted intervention programmes to individuals and small groups Assist in assessing, recording, and monitoring pupil progress Support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) where required Promote positive behaviour and maintain high expectations of all pupils Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support pupil achievement Contribute to the wider life of the school community Requirements: HLTA status or equivalent relevant qualification and experience Experience working within a primary school setting Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication ..... full job details .....
