SEN Teaching Assistant - High Wycombe

A warm and inclusive SEN school in High Wycombe is looking for a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social/emotional needs.

• Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN

• Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and behaviour management

• Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment

• Working closely with therapists, SENCOs, and other professionals to meet individual needs

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN

• A Child Workforce Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

• A patient, positive, and flexible attitude

• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for SEN education.
