The UK grocery market has been going through a massive transformation and Distinctive is on a mission to help retailers and brands grow faster throughout this process. Managed by a team of highly experienced ex-retailers that have set out to transform the way products reach customers; we deliver ambient and chilled, food and non-food products to our UK retail customers. We are expanding rapidly and are constantly looking for the right people to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in the growth of Distinctive. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and shape a role and a team. Sales Executive Responsibilities This is a hugely diverse and varied role. The purpose of this role is: To develop and manage product offers Work closely with our clients to improve sales performance and service Monitoring performance metrics to measure against financial goals Keeping up to date with industry trends Preparing and leading suppliers and customers meetings In order to succeed in this role as a Sales Executive, you will have: Good verbal and written communication skills Good commercial acumen Background in grocery retail or consumer goods and understand basic concepts in this sector Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous environment Have strong excel ..... full job details .....
