You will play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services, including dispensing, medicines management, stock control, and clinical support. Working across both inpatient and outpatient settings, you will ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines, supporting the highest standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities Clinical and Technical Accurately dispense and issue prescriptions for inpatients and outpatients in line with legal and professional standards.Review inpatient prescription charts for clinical appropriateness and supply needs.Provide expert clinical pharmacy input, supporting risk management and compliance with medicines legislation and Ramsay''s Medicines Management policies.Deliver counselling to patients and professional advice to multidisciplinary teams. Customer Service Provide respectful, timely, and equitable care to all patients and staff.Maintain strong communication with patients, clinicians, and hospital teams.Positively represent the pharmacy and hospital services both internally and externally.
