Are you a master of the pizza oven with a passion for authentic flavours and premium ingredients?A high-end pizzeria in Kent is searching for an exceptional Head Pizza Chef to lead our kitchen, wow our guests, and create pizzas that people cant stop talking about.This is an on-site, full-time position, paying £700 per week on a self-employed basis.What Youll Do

Take ownership of our pizza kitchen, from dough preparation to the final flourish.

Craft hand-stretched, wood-fired (or stone-baked) pizzas using premium, fresh ingredients.

Innovate and develop seasonal specials alongside our classic favourites.

Train, inspire, and manage kitchen staff to maintain exceptional standards.

Oversee ordering, stock management, and food cost control.

Ensure the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and organisation in the kitchen.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Pizza Chef or Senior Pizza Chef in a high-quality pizzeria.

Expert dough-making skills and deep knowledge of fermentation, hydration, and baking techniques.

Passion for authentic Italian flavours and modern twists.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality.

Reliability, dedication, and pride in your craft.
