to join an early years team and support the learning and development of our youngest learners in September 2025.Duties as an Early Years Practitioner:Assisting in the delivery of creative, play-based learning activities

Supporting the class teacher and early years practitioners in daily routines

Creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment

Encouraging children’s social, emotional and language development

Observing and recording children’s progress

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Ideal Early Years Practitioner:Has a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)

Loves working with young children and understands their needs

Is patient, kind, and full of energy

Has good communication skills and works well in a team as a Early Years Practitioner.

Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
