Urban Connect are currently supporting an established engineering design consultancy, recruiting for a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to work on a number of AMP8 frameworks. They have recently been acquired by a Specialist Water Contractor meaning there is a very strong pipeline of work and opportunities for continued progression Typical responsibilities will be: Designing complex engineering solutions to the water industry, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Overseeing CAD technicians and junior designers. Lead design investigations, ensuring all design changes are recorded and implemented. Deliver technical reports and attend design meetings with clients and stakeholders. Work closely with project teams to estimate hours for design packages and manage work processes effectively.
