Mechanical Project ManagerOur client is looking for an experienced mechanical projects manager or mechanical contracts manager to oversee a handful of mechanical installation projects across the south. Working Monday to Friday in their Hampshire office and overseeing plumbing, pipefitting and mechanical installation on new build commercial projects.This is a great opportunity to join a growing business.Package: 55K - 65K Per Annum subject to experience. 5K car AllowanceWorkplace Pension SchemeOptional Health Care25 Days Holiday plus normal Bank Holidays Requirements:At least 5 years'' experience and Trade QualificationsPrevious successful experience on Mechanical Projects of 50K to 1.5 million.Projects vary from small shop fit outs to larger commercial Cat A/B offices etc.Candidates should hold a clean driving licence (or near clean).Candidate to work under their own initiative, be self-motivated and a good team player.Candidate should hold a CSCS Card.
