Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a temporary Catering Assistant to join one of our clients in Yorkshire area to support the smooth running of catering services on site. This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and passionate about delivering excellent service. You will work as part of a friendly catering team, assisting with food preparation, service, cleaning and general kitchen duties while ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety and customer service are maintained. As a Catering Assistant, your duties will include: Assisting with the preparation and service of food in line with company recipes and procedures. Ensuring food is prepared, stored and handled in accordance with food hygiene and safety standards. Supporting the team with food delivery and service. Carrying out general cleaning and cleaning of catering equipment as required. Keeping kitchen, catering areas and external access areas clean, tidy and safe. Assisting with stock checks and maintaining accurate stock records where required. Following all company policies, procedures and relevant health and safety requirements. Reporting any accidents, incidents, hazards or near misses promptly. Ensuring PPE, equipment and cleaning products are used and stored safely.
