The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Walsall from January 2027.
The successful candidate will teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that develop students’ knowledge, understanding and analytical skills.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons, assessing student progress and maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology
- Have experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and/or KS5
- Deliver engaging and appropriately challenging lessons
- Demonstrate effective classroom management skills
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners
- Be organised, reliable and committed to supporting student progress
- Build positive and professional relationships with students and colleagues

You will be joining an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Walsall, working as part of the Psychology department and wider teaching team.
This January 2027 opportunity provides a chance to contribute to students’ learning and development across KS4 and KS5 while gaining valuable experience within a secondary school environment.
