We''re working with a growing fresh produce business looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join its commercial team. This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for key accounts, category development and commercial growth. What you''ll be doing:Managing and developing key retail customer relationshipsDriving sales, margin and category growthDeveloping category plans and identifying new opportunitiesManaging forecasting, pricing and account performanceKeeping on top of market, consumer and competitor trendsWorking closely with procurement, supply chain, technical and operationsFinding solutions to customer and supply challengesHelping improve cost, quality and product availabilityThere will also be some UK and international travel involved.
