I am currently working with a Utillities Client on an exciting Project Engineer role. You''ll take full ownership of your projects—from initial concept through to final handover. You''ll manage everything: scoping requirements, tendering and procurement, contractor onboarding, site setup, safety inspections, commissioning, and training. Your work will shape site efficiency, reduce risk, and create lasting value.Responsibilities

Leading end-to-end project deliveryLeading the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and ICA projects, typically valued between £40,000 and £400,000Managing a portfolio of up to 15 live projects, plus others in developmentDesigning practical, cost-effective solutions to operational challengesCollaborating with operations teams and the Controller of Premises to define scope and minimize riskEnsuring contractor safety with a zero-compromise health and safety mindsetLocation: Projects will be based across London sitesLocation

Solid understanding Health and Safety standards in construction, including of CDM regulationsProject management experience is desirableIndustry background in Utilities/Energy/Construction/Rail/Oil/GasConfidence managing multiple stakeholders—internal teams, site staff, and contractorsEducation background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering desirable but not requiredA proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independentlyIf this matches your skill-set then send your CV for our careful consideration!
