The company look to employ their staff for the long term and provide opportunities for progression within the business The responsibilities Based in the sales office and on the trade counter you will become an integral part of a busy and growing branch Answer all telephone enquiries, dealing with sales queries and quotations You will represent the internal sales department within the branch and assist with the growth of the business working as a team to exceed sales targets You will ensure that the needs of the customers are dealt with quickly and efficiently whilst providing a service that ensures that customers return on a regular basis Being an integral part of the team also involves other roles within the branch including serving on the trade counter and in stores Skills and Experience needed Good Electrical Product knowledge The ability to build relationships with different types of customer Have worked on the trade counter or within an internal sales / telephone sales role previously in an electrical wholesale environment Good telephone manner Friendly, articulate, customer focused But above all, the company are looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm and a desire to contribute to the success of the branch and the growth of the business.
