We are looking for a creative and results-focused Business Development Executive who understands what motivates businesses and can build mutually beneficial partnerships. You will develop new business, build relationships with prospective partners and create tailored opportunities that generate income and wider support for St. Michael''s Hospice, while helping existing corporate supporters deepen their involvement. Key Responsibilities: Be an active and visible presence within the local business community, building new relationships through purposeful networking, meetings and consistent follow-up. Research and approach prospective corporate partners, identify shared opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of new business. Secure new income and support by presenting compelling ideas, making confident asks, negotiating effectively and following opportunities through to agreement. Develop fresh and creative partnership opportunities that go beyond traditional fundraising and offer genuine value to both the business and the Hospice. Grow existing corporate relationships by understanding each business''s priorities and identifying opportunities to increase or broaden its support.
