Daytime Healthcare is working with an established Supported Accommodation provider for young people, mainly aged 16-18. The provider operates two 4-bed homes in Brent and Harrow and is seeking an experienced manager or deputy manager to oversee both services.You must have experience within an Ofsted-regulated environment and should have or be working towards an NVQ level 4 or 5 qualification.The service users primarily have had issues with fostering services.Responsibilities include:

Managing and supporting an allocated caseload of young people aged 16+ by ensuring the provision and coordination of practical, personal, emotional, social, and financial advice to facilitate a successful transition to adulthood.Assessing the needs of young people by actively contributing to the assessment and preparation of the Pathway Plan to enable independent living.Overseeing an allocated caseload of services and staff to ensure safe and high-quality service delivery in line with Ofsted National Minimum Standards and Supported Accommodation Regulations.Ensuring that services are prepared and ready for inspections, including both announced and unannounced visits.There is excellent growth potential and a supportive working environment. You will be working across both homes; having access to your own car is preferred.This position is mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional on-call duties as required.
