Contracts Manager - Drylining and InteriorsLocation: Northampton Salary: 55k - 60k Job Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RolePPM Recruitment is working with an established and growing specialist contractor within the drylining and interiors sector to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join its team in Northampton.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in drylining, plastering, partitioning, suspended ceilings and interior fit-out to join a successful business with a strong pipeline of work.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion, overseeing site teams, subcontractors, programmes, budgets, quality and health and safety to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.The contractor delivers projects across the residential, extra-care, student accommodation and commercial sectors, offering a varied workload and the opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple drylining and interior projects from initial planning through to practical completion and handover.Oversee day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.Coordinate site managers, supervisors, subcontractors and direct labour across multiple projects.Develop, monitor and manage project programmes, ensuring key milestones and ..... full job details .....
